Amazing Service

Negative buying experiances are almost always linked to shobby customer service. Even though most businesses claim that they put people first, it's rare to find good customer service. And in this instance I couldn't have gotten better service. Sunbusters main focus is there service they provide for their customers. Sunbusters is a company devoted to creating a positive experiance for there customers. They convey an articulate and in-depth knowledge of products and services to win customer trust and confidence. Sunbusters treats people with courtesy and respect. They not only demonstrate commitment to customer satisfaction but dedication to courtesy. They focus on making customers, and not sales. Last but not least Sunbusters help customers find what they need, and explain how products work, they just don't try to sell you something to make money. I will continue to do business through Sunbusters, I hope that other people will do the same. They will not be disappointed.

Good work if you can get them to show up!

They do nice work if you can get them to show up on time, if at all. I have had a few cars done here and the work is good but 3 out of 4 visits they were late or never showed up. Today I drove 30 miles for a 10am appointment and at 10:20 I finally left. Like I said, the work is good but not good enough to get me to waste my time going back. Unfortunatly this is pretty much the norm for most businesses. Business must be pretty great for everyone to not bother to provide good customer service. Time to find a new glass tinting company.
