Dr. Cattey is extremely un-responsive. He does not follow through with his promises to call or fax, and he does not return calls. When you visit his office, you are frequently required to wait for upwards of an hour before he sees you. I don't know whether he's a good surgeon: he hasn't solved my problem despite two surgeries. But I do know that his un-responsiveness is not professional.

Dr. Cattey is unresponsive to patients and poor at communicating. He does not place phone calls that he has promised to make, and he does not return phone calls to his office unless you get extremely lucky and find him when he is not with a patient. He has performed two surgeries on me, and my problem has not been solved, and he does not seem to care or to be trying very hard to find a solution.
