I am in a position to recommend new business to Regina's Bay Bakery, but never will.

In trying to schedule an appointment with them, I first couldn't get a live person to answer the phone, was hung-up on after a person did answer but couldn't figure out how to respond to my request, called back and was snipped at for asking an opinion when I got someone to stay on the phone, and then was told to have my client call directly because she couldn't handle working through me. What?! That's how you stop getting business.

There are too many good bakeries in Milwaukee to take a risk with Regina's Bay Bakery, so don't bother!

Outstanding fruit torte

I ordered a fruit torte after seeing Regina on the front of the Milwaukee Journal a few weeks ago. It was so beautiful I didn't want to cut it and the quality was outstanding. Fresh fruit, custard and the crust made a refreshing wonderful torte.

I need to make another trip and try some of the other wonderful home baked items or for a special occassion!
