A friend of mine met with Dr. Moy. That went fine, it was after the appointment that was bad customer service. They knew when he went in that he had no insurance, but they still saw him. After he went in the billing department harrassed him all the time, and sent rude letters, saying the dr. approved the letters to be sent. Not saying he doesnt owe the money, just that thier practice to treat a drug adicted person this way is down right wrong.
