What users are saying:
Whimsical sculptures, highbrow eateries and river currents set the stage for downtown's most enchanting stroll.

The Skinny
This series of walkways along the Milwaukee River makes for an excellent downtown jaunt. It's Milwaukee's newest attraction, and one of its most popular, tossing together natural beauty with good dining, live entertainment and public art.
What to See
An eclectic array of sculptures by noted artists such as Richard Taylor and Stephen Fischer pop up along the cement walkways. Upscale restaurants and taverns line the riverbank, making this spot ideal for relaxing evenings out.
What to Do
Strolling too tame for you? Rent a pontoon from River Boat Rentals and, as they say, "Do the rapids."
