SummerFest is by far one of the best attractions around the MidWest.
Pros: good parking, inexpensive

I am originally from Milwaukee and have enjoyed Summerfest for years. The Milwaukee area is under rated. I get back to Milwaukee three times a year and always look forward to all the new attractions and busnisess that are sprouting up in the area. Milwaukee you have alot going for you wish Connecticut would get on track.
Pros: inexpensive, beautiful area, alot of entertainment
Cons: crowded, traffic

This festival park has numerous ethnic festivals throughout the summer. There's a little something for everyone. Located on the grounds is the "Marcus Ampitheater" which has 100's of different concerts all summer long. Not to mention the tons of other stages within the park. Definitely check it out! Total family fun!!!!!
Pros: food, people, location
Cons: expensive, parking
