I visited Kessler's (Greenfield) multiple times while looking for my wife's engagement ring. I felt absolutely NO pressure to buy at any time. The sales people were very friendly and I enjoyed my service so much that I did end up buying my ring there. I will admit that the prices were a bit higher than other jewelers, but I felt the service was worth the extra cost.
Pros: Great service, no pressure to buy
Cons: higher than normal cost
